For booking through our website you may pay via Online Payment/ Paypal (Credit Card).We encourage booking via website hence all the purchase will be prioritize before email and Whatsapp. Bank transfer through Public Bank is also available upon booking on Whatsapp.
Every order is specially made to caters your needs hence we seek for your understanding that we do not accept last minute cancellation. All cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before starting of delivery.
Morning: 10am-5pm (cancellation has to be made latest by 10pm at night of the previous day of delivery)
Evening : 5pm-8pm (cancellation has to be made latest by 5am in the morning of the delivery date)
Strictly no returns are possible. If you have received a defective item / an incorrect item, vendor will be responsible for making a correct replacement of the item. Shipping fee to return the item will be borne by vendor.
We provide same day balloon delivery in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya & Klang Valley. Order placed before 2 P.M. will be delivered before 6 P.M. Pre order in advance is available, you may choose your expected delivery date, and we will arrange delivery on that day.
