Order Confirmation and Delivery Time:
Please ensure that the contact number specified upon check out is correct. Upon receiving your order, Puffer Fish team will process your order with your delivery date accordingly. Any changes please contact us to reconfirm your order and determine the specific delivery date.
Message to Recipient:
You may also provide a message that we can attach to your special gift after purchased online.
Puffer Fish strives to deliver your special gift in a timely manner while also ensuring the quality of the flowers used for your arrangement. To achieve this, we may substitute certain colors based on availability. We make sure that product that you ordered used as substitutes will be as similar as possible to the original.
Wrappers, ribbons, and designs may vary according to availability. We ensure that materials used for packaging follow the same theme or category and are of equal value to the original design.
Recipient is away at delivery address:
If the intended recipient isn’t there to receive their order, then we will do our best to ensure they are left in a safe place. Second option, for re-delivery, there is a delivery charge applied for the second trip.
Return & Exchange
We guarantee your satisfaction! If in the unlikely case that you are not satisfied with the outcome of your order or the condition of any of our items, kindly contact us and we will gladly replace a new one for you. Replacement condition must be either the product damages during delivery, Balloon burst due to the weather and Balloons are not in good condition before handover to recipient. Refund is applicable only when order is not delivered on the delivery date, our team will decided for partial or fully refund depends on the situation.
